Your access and use of the brandbureau.com websites (the “Sites”) are subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), Brand Bureau LLC, a Maryland corporation (“Brand Bureau”) may revise from time to time without notice. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions posted on the Sites at the time of your access and use govern. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, then you are prohibited from accessing and using the Sites. If you breach any of these Terms and Conditions, then your authorization to use the Sites automatically terminates, and you are required to immediately destroy any materials you have downloaded or printed.
Brand Bureau owns or licenses all content on the Sites (the “Materials”). The Materials are copyrighted and/or trademarked. Any unauthorized use of the Materials is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable laws. Choice of Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. By using the Sites, you agree that any dispute arising from or relating in any way to the Sites will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Maryland, and you irrevocably agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Brand Bureau and its agents and affiliates against any claim, liability, expense or damages arising from or relating to your use of the Sites. Should any portion(s) of these Terms and Conditions be deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, then that portion(s) shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.

Scope of Business of Brand Bureau
Brand Bureau provides marketing and public relations services to for profit, non-profit, and government clients. All data Brand Bureau collects is for marketing and sales purposes only and is not sold, re-distributed, or made public.
Statement of Policy for Users of the Sites
Users may interact with the Sites without disclosing any personal data to Brand Bureau. However, we may require certain personal data, such as a user’s name, address, e-mail or telephone details when a user (i) chooses to send Brand Bureau a message via the Sites or (ii) downloads information contained in the Sites. Brand Bureau subscribes to the following Internet privacy and security principles in connection with these two scenarios:
Brand Bureau may utilize the personal data a user provides to market its products and services to the user;
Brand Bureau has strict policies in place to protect the confidentiality of all user personal data we receive;
All users have the right to discontinue receiving commercial email from Brand Bureau at any time;
Brand Bureau does not share or sell user information to third parties;
Brand Bureau does not automatically log personal data from users of the Sites; and
Brand Bureau does not collect information about users of the Sites from other sources.
Brand Bureau may disclose a user’s personal data as required by law, regulation or the rules of practice of a professional body. Brand Bureau may also disclose a user’s personal data if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect Brand Bureau, our clients or the general public. Though we do not currently anticipate a change in our ownership, in the event of a sale of the company or a significant portion of its assets, Brand Bureau may disclose, transfer or sell personal data collected online to the purchasing party. All personal data Brand Bureau collects online will remain subject to the provisions of this policy.
Brand Bureau may amend this policy from time to time by posting a revised policy on the Sites, which are located at http://www.brandbureau.com.
