    Research told us: the bigger the residential development in Mountain View, the more subtle the brand. The Dean would shine by zigging where others had zagged—a bold, larger-than-life concept and personality.

    The Expression

    A home with multiple rooftop pools, spa spaces, decks, lounges, and more. This is a home that feels like a movie set. We took that premise to its logical conclusion, with cinematic style and over-the-top brand personality.

    A palette drawn from the natural world. Gestural graphic elements that feel bold, boundless, and organic. Overlapping patterns, a crisp system of typography. Everything drawn together by a feeling of fluid motion.
